Admir Dobraca has extensive work experience in the packaging industry. Admir started their career at Husky Injection Molding Systems in 2002, where they served as Regional Manager for Beverage Packaging in North America. Admir was responsible for turning around a struggling business and expanding injection molding machinery sales. Dobraca then joined RETAL in 2016 as President and CEO of RETAL PA LLC, where they established the company's first US startup and achieved $50M in revenue. Admir also provided guidance to corporate headquarters in Europe and developed a successful manufacturing facility. In 2020, Dobraca became President and CEO of Kautex Machines Inc Americas, leading the business unit of a global market leader in extrusion blow molding equipment. Admir successfully turned around the company's revenue loss and exceeded budget expectations. Dobraca's most recent role is Sr. Manager of National Accounts-Beverage at Niagara Bottling, where they started in January 2023. Currently, they are the President and General Manager at Greiner Packaging, starting in November 2023.
Admir Dobraca studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Vermont from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
