Matthew Painter

Matthew Painter is an experienced professional in the construction and development sector, currently serving as the Director of Development and Delivery at Gresham House since October 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Senior Development Manager at CA Ventures from April 2021 to August 2023 and worked as a Development Manager at Guild Living and Unite Students. Matthew's career began as a Quantity Surveyor at Askam Construction and Create Construction Ltd. Matthew holds a BSc in Quantity Surveyor from Northumbria University and attended Queen Elizabeth School.
