Christina Putman Elms

Christina Putman Elms serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Greystar, overseeing curriculum, training, and development initiatives since July 2020. Previously, Christina held the position of Director of Training at Alliance Residential Company from October 2012 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing training programs, as well as serving as a National Sales Trainer and Regional Performance Director. Additionally, Christina contributed as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design from January 2015 to January 2020, teaching Liberal Arts and Art History courses. Prior roles include Director of Training and Development at Marquette Management and Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Christina earned an MA in Art History from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in Philosophy and Visual Arts from Regis University.
