Oleh Lukianykhin is a highly experienced Senior Staff Data Scientist at Grid Dynamics, specializing in engineering management within the Data Science discipline in Poland since June 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing engineers’ growth, leading teams of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, and developing innovative solutions such as a scalable demand forecasting engine for FMCG customers. With a background in data analytics, machine learning, and technical leadership across multiple companies including Abto Software and SAP, Oleh has successfully implemented various data-driven solutions and initiatives while also contributing to technical discussions through public talks and blog posts. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Data Science from Ukrainian Catholic University, as well as studies in Mathematical Modelling and Applied Mathematics.
