Previously, Stephen held the same position at Utility Resource Group, LLC from January 2017 to February 2021, focusing on enhancing workplace culture and customer relations. Earlier experience as a Natural Gas Utility Serviceman at MOUNTAINEER GAS CO from June 2006 to June 2014 provided Stephen with extensive technical knowledge in meter reading, pipeline installation, leak repair, and first response. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Ashland Community and Technical College.
