Teresa Bristol currently serves as Chief Services Officer at GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited, a position held since September 2019, where a comprehensive framework for managing and maintaining a diverse asset base, including solar and battery storage systems, was developed and implemented. Prior to this role, Teresa was the O&M Operations Director at Lightsource bp from April 2012 to June 2019, overseeing the efficient delivery of Operations and Maintenance services for numerous solar PV systems, and also held the position of Head of HR and Operations at the same company. Teresa's early career included significant roles at The Jelf Group Plc and Bluefin Advisory Services Limited, where strategic acquisitions and compliance efforts were key responsibilities. Teresa's foundational experience began as an Office Manager at Heywood Collins from January 1995 to December 1999.
