Chris Troncone is currently the Chief Customer Officer and General Manager Operations at Virtual IT Group since August 2021. Prior to this, Chris was the IT Manager at The BMS Group from May 2016 to July 2021 and held the role of IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Manager at IMB Bank from April 2005 to May 2016. Chris also has experience as a Sales and Service Representative at Bunnings from February 2000 to May 2005. Additionally, Chris worked as a Help Desk Support Specialist at Reckon from December 2004 to April 2005. Chris holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Wollongong.
