Darrell Portz has extensive work experience in the food industry. Darrell started their career at Oscar Mayer as a Senior QS Supervisor from February 2000 to October 2001. Darrell then moved on to ConAgra Foods, where they worked as the Director of Quality from October 2001 to February 2008. After that, they joined Little Lady Foods as the Director of Quality from 2008 to 2010. Since 2010, they have been working at Griffith Foods, starting as a Senior Director of Food Safety and Quality Systems until December 2014. From January 2015 to January 2017, they served as the VP of Food Safety and Quality Systems North America. Currently, they hold the position of Global Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Systems at Griffith Foods, starting from February 2017.

Darrell Portz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from St. Ambrose University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995.
