Jay Yuan is a highly experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Senior Technical Manager and Principal Scientist at Griffith Foods since March 2010. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of General Manager for R&D and QA at Da Chan Foods Asia for a brief period in 2009. Jay began the career at Newly Weds Foods, where responsibilities included Senior Scientist/R&D Manager and Sales Manager of Asia Pacific from January 2000 to May 2009, after which Jay was a Senior Scientist. Earlier experience includes serving as Production and QC Director at Baltimore Ingredients from May 1998 to December 1999. Jay holds an MBA from Webster University and an M.S. in Biological & Agricultural Engineering from Kansas State University, alongside a B.S. in Food Mechanical Engineering from Henan University of Technology.
