Susan Daniells

Susan Daniells currently serves as the Director of Development and Alumni Affairs at Groton School, focusing on major gift development since April 2025. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at Connecticut College from September 2019 to April 2025, including Interim Vice President for College Advancement and Director of Development, specializing in major giving and relationship building. Susan's experience in major gift development extends back to roles at Yale University from September 2013 to November 2018, and earlier positions at Vassar College from July 2007 to August 2013. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Religious Studies from Connecticut College, awarded in January 2001, following education at Fox Lane High School.
