Adrian Reddington

Adrian Reddington is an experienced professional in risk management and strategic initiatives with a significant career spanning multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Strategic Initiatives at Groundworks since May 2018, Adrian has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects and interim Managing Director of Independence Materials Group. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Operations at Virginia Foundation Solutions and over eight years at JES Construction as COO & Business Manager, overseeing comprehensive operational management. Adrian began the career at The Brickman Group, progressing from a college intern to Branch Manager across Mid-Atlantic locations. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill and has also studied at Colorado State University.
