Joanne Norman

Joanne Norman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in ethics and compliance, as well as in-house commercial law. Currently serving as the Head of Ethics and Compliance at G42 since August 2021, Joanne previously held the position of Manager Ethics and Compliance at ADNOC Distribution and worked as Legal Counsel for Emirates Global Aluminium, focusing on strategic raw materials and procurement agreements. Joanne's career includes significant roles at Gadens Lawyers and ReedSmith, specializing in banking, finance, and corporate structures. With a background in law enforcement as a police officer, Joanne holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor Degree with Honors in Economics from Murdoch University.
