Nicolas Tertrais

Nicolas Tertrais is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and executive recruitment, currently serving as an Associé in the Executive Search Consulting division of Endrix since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolas founded and led Hodas RH from 2008 to June 2023, focusing on responsible and humanistic HR consulting practices. Nicolas has also been an active member of the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants in Lyon and a founding member of the CIBD. Earlier career experiences include positions as a consultant at APEC, an agency manager at ADIA, and a recruiter and sales representative at SOGICA. Nicolas Tertrais holds a 2nd Cycle MGE degree in Marketing and Business Management from IDRAC, earned between 1992 and 1996.
