Cynthia Grant

Cynthia Grant is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the VP of Clinical Excellence at Grow Therapy since June 2023. With a robust background in clinical practice, Cynthia has maintained a private practice since February 2003 and previously held leadership roles at Rula as Head of Clinical Care and at AllHealth Network as Chief Clinical Officer, among other positions focused on quality improvement and compliance. Academic contributions include roles as a lecturer at the University of Colorado Denver and as an associate professor at Concordia University Chicago.
