Andres Ramos

Andres Ramos has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the customer support and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of IND Americas Customer Sales and Support Center at GRUNDFOS since December 2015, previous positions include Customer Support Center Manager, Supervisor, and Application Engineer. Prior to GRUNDFOS, Ramirez worked at Unilever as a Processing Supervisor, implementing significant operational efficiencies and reducing downtime. Additional experience includes roles at PepsiCo, where Ramos advanced from Manufacturing and Warehouse Senior Associate to Quality Control Supervisor, leading significant Lean Six Sigma projects that realized substantial savings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas.
