Matthew Davies

Matthew Davies is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Channel Development Manager at GRUNDFOS since September 2019. In this role, Matthew oversees the Industry Division Partner Programme and Partner Relationship Management digital solution while leading strategy and program efforts for Industry Channel Transformation. Previously, Matthew participated in the Grundfos Global Graduate Programme, which included diverse rotations and professional development in Change Management and Agile Leadership. Additional experience includes roles as an IoT & Innovation Project Manager at Bühler Group, where Matthew led a significant migration project, and as a participant in the UNITECH International Programme, focusing on Engineering Management and Digital Transformation. Early career experiences include internships at S & C Thermofluids Ltd and Williams Martini Racing, as well as work with Arup. Matthew earned a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University, with further studies at Chalmers University of Technology.
