Robbie Donaldson serves as the Vice President of People at GRVTY since January 2023, following a role as Chief Administration Officer at Royce Geo. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at ANSER, where Robbie managed the Geospatial Engineering Division and oversaw program management for multiple engineering contracts. In previous roles at InTec, Robbie held various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, where substantial organizational growth was achieved, and Director of Human Resources, responsible for comprehensive HR operations. Additional HR management experience was gained at The Wexford Group, Management Systems Designers, Inc., SiteSmith, and UUNET. Robbie holds a BA in English from the University of Virginia.
