As the Managing Director of Emerging Accounts, Ella Fitzgerald is responsible for expanding the company's full spectrum of IT modernization services to federal agencies seeking innovative solutions to address mission challenges. Additionally, Ella leads Groundswell's client-focused delivery and strategic growth initiatives. These initiatives - such as Agile, Cloud, Human-Centered Design, and Cyber Security - bring digital technologies and practices to our federal customers, resulting in digital process efficiencies and lasting mission outcomes.
Before joining Groundswell, Ella was a Managing Director at Accenture, a global business and technology consulting service. She successfully led system integration, modernization projects, and growth initiatives during her time there.
Ella holds two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Virginia and executive certificates in innovation and strategy from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
