Marcie Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Marcie started their career as an Insurance Agent specializing in employee benefits at ADDvantage Care Benefits & Services from July 2005 to June 2008. Marcie then worked as a Sales Associate at Simmonds Offshore Equipment from July 2008 to May 2009. Marcie subsequently became a Human Resources Manager at Coastal Gulf & International (CGI) from June 2009 to October 2015. Marcie then joined Bell Mechanical as the Director of Human Resources from October 2015 to February 2018. Currently, Marcie holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Guarantee Restoration Services, where they have been working since November 2023.
Marcie Richardson graduated from Hahnville High School in 1996. Marcie then attended Nicholls State University from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Mass Communication. Marcie also holds several certifications, including Leadership Breakthrough 2, Power Communication, Leadership Breakthrough 1, Applied Science of Drying and Water Restoration, FSRT, Insurance Agent (Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities), and Water Restoration Tech.

Guarantee Restoration Services was founded in 1974 in Baton Rouge, LA by William "Chunky" and Ellen Folks out of a desire to help others. Guarantee eventually branched out into water damage emergency services and fire damage clean-up by building relationships with insurance agents and adjusters. Our next evolution was becoming a general contractor to help rebuild homes after fire damage cleaning was complete. Then, we added air duct cleaning services, which today has become an integral part of maintaining indoor air quality in residential and commercial buildings. Our mission is to serve friends, family and partners by delivering effective solutions, providing honest and dependable services while ensuring continuity for their lives and businesses.
