Alex Bickell

Alex Bickell is an experienced benefits management professional with extensive expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Manager at Guardant Health, Alex has successfully implemented the Workday Benefits Module and managed various benefits vendors. Previously held the position of Senior Manager of US Benefits at Guidewire Software, where Alex led the implementation of a global paid family leave program and managed significant 401(k) audits. With a long history at Mercer as a Benefits Operations Director, Alex delivered administration for large client pension and health plans, achieving notable financial recoveries and compliance successes. Alex began a career in benefits at Fifth Third Bank and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wabash College.
