Craig Matthews

Craig Matthews is an experienced compensation professional with a strong background in developing and implementing compensation policies and procedures that align employee objectives with organizational goals. Currently serving as Head of Broad Based Compensation at Guardian Life since October 2013, Craig provides subject matter expertise and partners with HR, Finance, and senior management. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Compensation at Cengage Learning and The Thomson Corporation, and a Manager position at Converium. Craig's career began as a Compensation Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston and Towers Perrin. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University at Albany.
