Darren Braithwaite

Darren Braithwaite serves as the Head of Procurement and Accounts Payables for Guardian Life since July 2007, overseeing global procure to pay operations and the Corporate Travel program, managing $550 million in procurement activity. Notable achievements include the implementation of OracleCloud eProcurement and an electronic invoicing portal. Previously, Darren held the position of Vice President at Lehman Brothers, where management of PeopleSoft eProcurement and related systems facilitated a total spend of $2.3 billion. Darren also served as Procurement & Facilities Director at VMS, leading procurement functions, and as Director of Corporate Procurement at Lincoln Financial Group, where duties included sourcing and procurement strategy for a Fortune 500 company. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from York College, CUNY.
