Geoffrey Goodman

Geoffrey Goodman is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners since June 2021, Geoffrey has previously held senior positions at Wells Fargo as Managing Director overseeing Healthcare Investment Banking and Healthcare Equity Capital Markets. Prior to that, Geoffrey was a Director at Lazard, where Geoffrey was a founding member of the Alternative Capital Finance Group, focusing on confidentially marketed public offerings and non-traditional financings. Geoffrey’s career also includes a Vice President role at SG Cowen & Co., where over 50 PIPEs and RD transactions amounting to over $1 billion were closed. Earlier experience includes serving as a Systems Engineer at Centra Technology, providing technical analysis for DARPA. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and degrees in Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and The Johns Hopkins University, respectively.
