Joan Fleischman

Joan Fleischman serves as Vice President at Guidepost Growth Equity since July 2023 and as a Board Observer for Atlas, a global Employer of Record and HR solutions provider, starting January 2024. In addition, Joan holds the position of Board Member at Atheneum, a provider of B2B technology-enabled research, also since September 2023. Previously, Joan completed an MBA at The Wharton School and engaged in various roles, including Venture Fellow at GSV Ventures and Finance Manager at Rize Education. Earlier experience includes a Financial Services Associate role at Morgan Stanley, where Joan contributed to investment banking and capital markets, as well as internships at Microsoft. Joan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government and Psychology from Harvard University and graduated from Sidwell Friends School.
