Shannon Tibbs, MBA, possesses extensive experience in administration and supervisory roles within the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving in an administrative capacity at Gulf Power Company since September 2015, Shannon has also held positions at Cox Communications, including Retention Supervisor and Outbound Supervisor, since May 2000. Educationally, Shannon holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Troy University.
