Rajesh Rajendran

Rajesh Rajendran is a Technical Specialist in System Safety at Gulfstream Aerospace since June 2022, with extensive prior experience as a Senior System Safety Engineer at GE and a Functional Safety Engineer at Emerson Control Techniques. Rajesh has led teams in Reliability and Safety assessments, focusing on Reliability Prediction, Failure Modes Effects and Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA), and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) evaluations in aerospace and industrial automation. Previous roles include Technical Lead at HCL Technologies, where assessments on Aircraft Engine Fire Detection and Extinguisher systems were conducted, and Senior Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions, specializing in FMEA and reliability prediction for avionics systems. Rajesh also contributed as a Research Fellow at the Aeronautical Development Agency, working on reliability analyses for Light Combat Aircraft systems. Educational qualifications include a PgD in System Engineering Technical Leadership from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.
