Eric Shaw

Eric Shaw is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Client Support Services for Asia Pacific at Guy Carpenter since April 2024. Previously, Eric was with AIG for nearly 23 years, where responsibilities included serving as Regional Vice President for Asia Pacific and managing complex and major loss claims across 14 countries. Eric's expertise extends to handling various liability claims while employed as Complex Director at AIG, as well as claims specialist roles at CNA Insurance and Travelers. Eric began the career as a Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance. Eric holds an M.B.A. in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Baruch College and a BBA in Business Management from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
