Joseph Puleo

Joseph Puleo currently serves as Managing Director and Global Head of Client Support Services at Guy Carpenter, a position held since February 2022. Previously, Joseph held various leadership roles at Oscar Health and AIG, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, leading growth and operational strategies, and implementing process improvements that resulted in significant enhancements in efficiency and customer experience. Joseph's tenure at MetLife included serving as Vice President and leading a global finance integration initiative. Joseph began a career in consulting with Price Waterhouse Coopers and has also built experience in corporate accounting and internal audit with Assurant and Crum & Forster. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
