Lisa Jones

Lisa Jones has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Police Legal Advisor for Gwinnett County Government since April 2002, where responsibilities include risk management, training, policy review, and criminal law guidance. Prior roles at Hall County Government spanned from September 1997 to April 2002, culminating in the position of Chief Assistant District Attorney, along with various leadership roles. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Solicitor-General at DeKalb County Solicitor-General's Office and a contract employee at Alston & Bird LLP. Lisa Jones holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law, completed in 1993, and an undergraduate degree from The University of Kansas, earned in 1990.
