Anne-Mari Karppinen is an experienced academic leader with a focus on continuous learning and international education. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Learning, Director of Commercial and International Services, and Degree Director at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Anne-Mari oversees international BBA programmes and specializes in curriculum development, quality assurance, and international higher education institution cooperation. Additionally, Anne-Mari owns Adelle Communication, providing translation services in English, German, and Swedish. Previous roles include Development Manager and Senior Lecturer at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, as well as Headmaster of Vihti high school, where Anne-Mari led educational initiatives. Anne-Mari holds a MA in English Philology from the University of Turku and has completed several minors and certifications related to business law, engineering management, and educational administration.
