Diego Hilaire Chaneton is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in coaching, team building, and HR policy development, currently serving as a partner at HR Performance since January 2019 and at Hacking HR since August 2019. Previously, Diego held various managerial roles, including HR Manager at PedidosYa and Jefe de Recursos Humanos at sacde, with involvement in major projects such as the Tren Sarmiento tunneling and the Gasoducto Troncal. Diego has also contributed to academia as a professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina. With a solid educational background in Human Resources and Strategic Management from renowned institutions like IAE Business School and IE Business School, Diego is committed to innovative HR practices and effective talent management.
