Marcin Szynal

Marcin Szynal is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Hakbah هكبه since November 2021, Marcin has played a key role in scaling the platform to over one million users. Prior to this, Marcin was the Lead Developer at Aiia, leading innovative fintech projects, and served as the Chief Technology Officer at biddi, where an extensive e-commerce platform was architected. Marcin's earlier roles include Head of Information Technology at 4 Monkeys, Full Stack Developer at EUROCOFFEE UAE and P K Properties, and founder and CEO of e-Care. Marcin's career began in maritime navigation with positions at Mitsui OSK Lines Ltd and Delmas. Marcin holds a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies from Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie.
