Lola Rohde has extensive work experience in the development sector. Lola has worked for Hala Systems since 2019 as the Director of Compliance. From 2017 to 2019, they were an independent consultant for TechnoServe, Inc., where they led the design of the Banana Industry Grants Facility Manual. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Program Director for TechnoServe, and prior to that they were the Deputy Chief of Party and Manager for USAID's Local Development Initiative with Cardno Emerging Markets USA Ltd. from 2003 to 2013.
Lola Rohde holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Tulane University.
