Radwa Fathy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and operations. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Senior Manager at Halan since November 2021, Radwa previously held the positions of Operations Manager at Etisalat Global Services and Account Manager at both Future Group Translation Services and Raya Contact Center. With a strong background in managing accounts, overseeing operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction, Radwa has consistently demonstrated skills in team leadership, client relationship management, and business growth strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Cairo University and additional studies at the AUC School of Continuing Education.
