Lachlan Wheeler is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the health technology sector and strategic management. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Halaxy since June 2012, Lachlan has been instrumental in developing a global health platform that includes innovative practice management software, searchable practitioner directories, clinical health tracking tools, and personally controlled shared health records. Prior to Halaxy, Lachlan co-founded Specialist Link, creating Australia’s largest online clinical software platform, and served as Non-Executive Director at the World Education Program, enhancing the strategic viability of its global operations. Lachlan's experience at ANZ involved management roles in strategy, transformation, and project execution, including the delivery of high-profile projects that received industry accolades. Educational credentials include a Venture Capital Executive Program from the University of California, Berkeley and an Honours degree in Arts and Commerce from Monash University.
