Whitney Linder has gained a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Whitney started as an Admissions Supervisor at Schlitterbahn Waterparks & Resorts in 2009, where they supervised staff, handled business accounting procedures, and provided customer service. Whitney then worked as a Project Technical Intern at Dexter Field Services, LP, assisting with administrative operations and conducting research. Later, they joined Compliance Resources, Inc. as an Environmental Field Inspector and Audit Specialist, performing site inspections and compliance audits. Whitney also worked at The Club at Garden Ridge as a Venue Coordinator, coordinating with vendors and providing customer service. Additionally, they worked as an Environmental Investigator III at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, investigating environmental concerns. Currently, they are a Community Planner at Halff, where they utilize their planning skills and is involved in community projects. Linder also gained experience as a Spring Intern at the Great Springs Project.
Whitney Linder completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Science from Texas A&M University from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at The University of Texas at Austin, which they started in 2021 and will complete in 2023. In addition, Whitney has obtained a certification from EnviroCert International, Inc. as a CESSWI-IT #4745, although the month and year of the certification are not provided.
