Kim Butler is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Executive Vice President-Leasing at HALL Group since May 2010. In this role, Kim leads leasing efforts for HALL Park, a significant 2.2 million-square-foot office park in Frisco, and previously managed leasing for KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts, a notable 500,000-square-foot office tower in Dallas's Arts District. Prior to joining HALL Group, Kim held the position of Executive Vice President at Transwestern from 1983 to 2010. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.
