Elias Maouad

Elias Maouad currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing at Hallab 1881 Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Elias was the Factory Operations Director at Andalos, Boulangerie et Pâtisserie from January 2021 to March 2024 and previously worked as an Instructor at Université Antonine's Engineering Faculty from September 2014 to December 2020. Additional experience includes positions as Factory Manager at Lebanese Roasting Group from March 2020 to November 2020 and Factory Operations Manager at Wooden Bakery from January 2019 to February 2020, where leadership was provided to all heads of departments in factory operations. Elias holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, earned between January 2005 and January 2010, and a High School Diploma in General Sciences from Collège Mariste Champville.
