Currently serving as a Cover Customer Relationship Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes since October 2019, Charlotte previously held the position of Home Admissions Advisor at Gracewell Healthcare from February 2018 to October 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Team Manager at Bupa from August 2010 to February 2018, focusing on consumer retention. Charlotte's educational background includes attendance at The Bishop Wand Church of England School and Bishop Wand Sixth Form.
