Prior experience includes serving as Centre Manager at Colchester Institute from April 2008 to August 2013, where Emma oversaw flexible training opportunities and developed bespoke programs for employers. Earlier, Emma worked as an Education Services Administrator at EST Connexions from 1998 to March 2008, facilitating career education programs and organizing training events.
