Martin Dickson is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer relationship management, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Manager at Hallmark Care Homes since June 2021, Martin previously held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager at Cambridge and County Developments, focusing on affordable housing projects. Former roles include Marketing Executive/Affiliates Manager at Think Finance UK Ltd, where responsibility encompassed marketing strategies and affiliate management, and Conservation Professional at Accenture Ltd, providing expert advice in energy conservation. Martin also has experience in customer service and sales from earlier roles at Amnesty International, Dial-a-Phone, Midwich Ltd, and as Correspondence Supervisor at the State Debt Recovery Office. Martin holds a degree in Literature and Psychology from Staffordshire University.
