The Heisenberg II solution actively manages compensation for tens of thousands of providers and allows hospitals and medical groups to achieve accuracy, compliance, and transparency throughout their physician compensation administration process.
With 20+ years of client acquisition and consulting in healthcare and finance, Dave has designed and implemented numerous successful business processes around client acquisition and process improvement. At Hallmark, Dave and his team follow a methodical, strategic, bench-marked process for sales and software project rollouts to help hospitals, medical groups and locums drive standardization, scalability and peace of mind within the essential process of provider compensation.
