Sandra Van Der Horst currently serves as Regiomanager at Halt since February 2023. Prior experience includes Wijkteammanager for Sociale Wijkteams Almere at Vrijwilligers en Mantelzorg Centrale Almere from April 2019 to February 2023 and Manager of the Wijk en Mantelzorg sector at VMCA from September 2016 to April 2019. Before these roles, Sandra worked at Gemeente Almere as gebiedsspecialist DSD from February 2002 to August 2016 and as beleidsmedewerker for youth and safety in Stadsdeel Slotervaart from 1996 to 2001. Sandra holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam.
