Billel Mokeddem

Billel Mokeddem's work experience includes positions at various organizations. Billel worked as a Machine Learning Research Associate and Engineer at the Qatar Computing Research Institute from November 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Machine Learning Research Assistant and Engineer at the same institute from November 2021 to November 2022.

Billel also gained experience as a Machine Learning Intern at the Qatar Computing Research Institute from February 2021 to July 2021. Before joining the institute, they worked as a data visualization and web development specialist at Fiverr from May 2019 to December 2020.

In addition, Billel served as a Graphic Designer at GDG Algiers from December 2017 to December 2019. Lastly, they worked as a Data Scientist at Global Group from January 2019 to July 2019.

Billel Mokeddem obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université M'Hamed Bougara de Boumerdes between 2017 and 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène' from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, they received several certifications including "A Complete Reinforcement Learning System (Capstone)," "Prediction and Control with Function Approximation," "Reinforcement Learning Specialization," "Fundamentals of Reinforcement Learning," and "Sample-based Learning Methods" from the University of Alberta through Coursera.
