Sarah Swagerman

Sarah Swagerman is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and educational support. Currently serving as a teacher with both the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board and the Grand Erie District School Board since October 2020, Sarah has previously held teaching roles in music across the York Region District School Board and as an educational assistant at Six Nations Polytechnic. Additional roles include outdoor educator at the YMCA of Greater Toronto and program leader at Moorelands Community Services, where Sarah focused on character development and community engagement. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Education in Primary/Junior Education from York University and a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from York University-Sheridan College.
