Anne Baunach

Anne Baunach, CFRE, CEFL, currently serves as the Director of Advancement at Hamlin Robinson School since May 2025, managing a comprehensive advancement and marketing strategy. With a proven track record in fundraising and philanthropic leadership, previous roles include Vice President of Philanthropy at YMCA of Greater Seattle, where Anne achieved a promotion to Vice President within 60 days, and Vice President for Advancement at Forterra. Anne's leadership at Mary's Place resulted in exceeding the annual fundraising goal by raising $22.1 million. As Executive Director at Highline Schools Foundation, Anne implemented strategies for all foundation goals, and prior experience includes significant roles at Agros International, World Vision, and Thrive Washington, reflecting a strong commitment to organizational growth and community impact. Education includes a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Western Washington University and a certificate in Education Foundation Leadership from National University.
