Stacy J. Davis

Stacy J. Davis currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Hancock Whitney since February 2025. Previously, Stacy held the position of Senior Executive Vice President and Chief HR & Experience Officer at Stellar Bank, the largest full-service community bank in Houston, from May 2019 to February 2025. Experience also includes roles such as Executive Vice President and CHRO at Allegiance Bank, and SVP, Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Bank of Oklahoma, where a progressive career began as VP, Senior Leadership and Talent Development Consultant. Additional leadership positions include Chief Executive Officer at UC, Executive Director of Organizational Quality & Customer Experience at Francis Tuttle Technology Center, Director of Marketing and Communications at OCCC, and Marketing and Communications Manager at Love's Travel Stops. Stacy holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, along with a Doctor of Philosophy in Workforce Development/Analytics from Oklahoma State University.
