Bryson Watabu

Bryson Watabu is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer III at Happy Cog® since May 2022. Prior to this, Bryson worked as a Software/Web Developer at Upspring from February 2015 to May 2022, where collaboration with internal teams led to the development of custom web and mobile applications. Notable prior experience includes an Application Developer role at NOAA, where Bryson built web application modules for oceanography teams, and another Application Developer position at the Department of the Attorney General, focusing on database logic for Hawaii's Juvenile Justice Information System. Additionally, Bryson provided guidance on computer science concepts as a tutor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where Bryson also earned a Bachelor of Science in Information & Computer Science.
