Camilla Jørgensen is an experienced product developer and project manager in the beverage sector, currently working at Harboes Bryggeri since September 2022. Prior to this role, Camilla served as a barista at Simply Good Coffee from June 2018 to September 2021 and volunteered at Cycling Without Age between February 2018 and April 2021. Early career experiences include dairy internships at Arla Foods and Premier Is - Mejerigaarden A/S in early 2018 and late 2017, respectively. Academically, Camilla holds a Master's degree in Dairy Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition with a specialization in Quality and Technology, both obtained from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, complemented by a Gymnasieeksamen in Bioteknologi, Matematik, and Fysik from Næstved Gymnasium & HF.
