Heidi Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Heidi began their career in 2005 as a Technical Support at Brøste A/S, where they provided technical assistance. In 2007, Heidi joined Harboes Bryggeri as a Sales Manager and held this role until 2010. During their time at Harboes Bryggeri, they also served as the General Manager - Ingredients from 2010 to 2020. Furthermore, Heidi held the position of Head of RD & Quality from 2019 to 2020, Head of RD & Sustainability from 2020 to 2023, and is currently working as the RD & Sustainability Director from 2022 onwards.
Heidi Nielsen has a Master's degree in Dairy Science, which they obtained from DTU - Technical University of Denmark between 1999 and 2005. Recently, from 2021 to 2022, they attended Aros Business Academy to pursue a Mini MBA in Sustainability Management. No field of study is specified for their Mini MBA program.
